All frozen products ship on Monday or Tuesday only to ensure arrival prior to the weekend. They are shipped in special insulated boxes with a small amount of dry ice to keep them frozen during transit. If any dry ice remains, you should use gloves or a protective layer before handling.
To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. We will deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Our frozen products are shipped from our primary warehouse in Miami Florida, through FedEx Express service and/or FedEx Ground - depending on the ship-to location indicated in your purchase.
Actual shipping time is usually between 2 to 4 business days with shipments left at the indicated address. Please make arrangements to have someone retrieve the shipment as soon as possible on the day of arrival. Frozen products must be unpacked and put in the freezer the same day they are delivered.
IMPORTANT NOTE: YOUR ORDER CAN TAKE UP TO 10 DAYS TO ARRIVE depending on order timing. All frozen products are shipped on Monday and Tuesday. Orders received after 10am Tuesday Estern Standard Time (EST), will not ship until Mon., the following week. Example: If you place an order for frozen items Tuesday morning after 10am EST, you will receive them the following week, 8 to 10 days later.
